Our New York Baked Cheesecake is made to a recipe that exists solely inside the head of one of our pastry chefs. It’s an old age recipe handed down from generation to generation that isn’t written down anywhere. We don’t know how she does it or what makes it so good, but we do know it is by far the best-selling cake we have.
