I have an allergy…

If you have an allergy please advise us immediately. We cannot make assumptions and if you do not tell us we simply won’t know. While we endeavour to cater to your allergies we advise that all our products do contain traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. We use butter and eggs in a number of our baked goods so please contact us for further information.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, some of our products are gluten free and we will identify them in store. Many of our gelato flavours are gluten free and we also stock gluten free cones. Please ask our friendly staff for further information when you come in store.


Do you deliver?

At this point we do not have the facilities to deliver any orders made online. They must be picked up from on of our two locations in McKinnon and Moonee Ponds

Can I order by phone?

We only accept orders online, or you can visit us in store and fill out an order form.

Can i order gelato online?

Yes, our gelato can be ordered via UberEats.

HELP! I need to change my order

If you want to change your order you need to contact us at least 48 hours before you expect to pick it up otherwise no amendments can be made to orders.

how do I store my dolce cake?

It’s all in the name. All gelato cakes must be stored in the freezer. We also do not recommend driving the gelato cake for long distances as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the product especially on a hot Melbourne day. Even on a cold day gelato does unfortunately melt if not stored in a freezer.

Please keep your cake refrigerated and take out a few minutes before serving. Please make sure you consume your cake within 24 hours to ensure optimal taste and freshness and dispose of any left over cake after 3 days.


We do take wholesale orders however we do have certain requirements before we partner with other businesses please contact us to discuss further.

HOw often do your gelato flavours change?

Our gelato flavours change daily so if you come in one day please do not expect the same flavour the next day especially if it is mighty popular. You can make a request for a flavour and we will try our best to have it in the cabinet the next day however no guarantees. Otherwise please follow us on instagram or like us on facebook or do both to keep up to date with our special flavours.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! Please come and see us in store for all gift vouchers. The minimum spend for gift vouchers is $20.00 and they are non-transferable.

Do I need to make a booking?

Dolce House does not accept bookings at either of our stores. It is a walk in basis but we can assure you any waiting time will be worth it.
